Bill serves as Office Counsel for Chicago Title’s South Central Ohio Local Commercial Services (LCS) operation. Joining the company in 1983, he has been involved in thousands of closings, both residential and commercial. Bill’s clients come from various industries including health care, education, government, and other major industries in the area.
