Rebecca serves as Assistant Vice President and Commercial Underwriting Counsel for Chicago Title’s South Central Ohio Local Commercial Services (LCS) operation. Joining the company in 2016, she spent two years as Assistant Vice President, Claims Counsel in the claims department administering residential and commercial claims and company litigation matters nationwide; one year in the Omaha office, and one year in the Jacksonville office. Thereafter, Rebecca transitioned to commercial underwriting in New York (Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company) where she underwrote New York and national commercial transactions. She also conducted closings, managed multi-million-dollar escrows, and coordinated national multi-site transactions. Currently, Rebecca underwrites transactions primarily in Ohio and Kentucky and the occasional national multi-site transaction.

Rebecca is a member of ICSC and presented CLE on survey review at ICSC+Law Symposium OH/KY/IN/MI/PA, in March 2022. She is a member of CREW Greater Cincinnati, Outreach Committee, Education Co-Chair of Southwest Ohio Land Title Association, and a member of Ohio Land Title Association. Rebecca also presented CLE on survey review and related endorsements at FNF Ohio Agency Seminar in September 2022.
Rebecca earned a B.S. from St. John’s University and her J.D. from William & Mary Law School. She lives in Columbia-Tusculum, Cincinnati’s oldest neighborhood. She enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with her husband, Zach, and their dog, Wells.
