Chris serves as Title Examiner for Chicago Title's South Central Ohio Local Commercial Service (LCS) operation. She joined the industry in 1996 and the LCS in 2001. Chris conducts commercial title exams and assists underwriters in the review of documents and surveys. She has worked on major transactions including The Banks, Tri-county mall, Northgate Mall, Beechmont Mall, Rookwood Pavilion and Commons, Forest Fair Mall, Milacron, and others

Chris is an active member of Southwestern Ohio Land Title Association (SWOLTA). She has held the position of President and is currently Vice President and Treasurer. Chris also participated in the planning of the SWOLTA annual summer seminar. She has a BBA from University of Cincinnati.
Chris lives in Cincinnati, Ohio with her husband Jeff and son Seth. In their free time, they enjoy hiking and camping. They love watching the University of Cincinnati football and basketball teams as well as the Cincinnati Bengals and FC Cincinnati. Chris volunteers at Parish Kitchen and Matthew 25 Ministries as well as her son’s high school choral club.
